Who I am

Creative by Jarvis Vinson & Co. runs https://jarvisvinson.com/. Email hello@jarvisvinson.com.

Forms

Web3Forms is the form service. A note is sent with Web3Forms to hello@jarvisvinson.com. The site does not ask you to create an account. This page lists no street address and no phone number. I use your information only to answer your inquiry and prepare a proposal.

Contact me sends your name, email, and a message.

Website Design & Development

The note includes your name, email, and the business name and what you do. It includes whether you have a website now, and the address when you do. It includes what visitors should be able to do, and a short note when you choose other. It includes which service fits, when you want to launch, anything else you add, and that you said it is OK to email you about this inquiry.

Processors

Google is a processor. Web3Forms is the form service. Visits are counted with GoatCounter, which is cookieless. Before you choose, the Google tag sends cookieless pings. Analytics and advertising cookies are set only if you click Accept. The site is hosted on here.now.

Retention

Form submissions are kept for up to 24 months, then deleted. Web3Forms’ own copy follows their policy.

Your rights

You can ask for access, correction, or deletion by emailing hello@jarvisvinson.com. I respond within 30 days.

GDPR, UK GDPR, and CCPA/CPRA

Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, you can use the rights above to access, correct, or delete your information. Where the CCPA/CPRA applies, I do not sell personal information. Google Ads cookies can count as sharing under California law. To opt out, use Cookie settings in the footer.

Cookies and ads

Google Analytics and Google Ads cookies load only after you accept. If your browser sends a privacy opt-out signal, I treat it as Reject. Ads cookies stay off. Cookie settings in the footer reopens that choice. Reject leaves those cookies off. GoatCounter stays on and does not use cookies. This site does not install a Meta or LinkedIn pixel, and it does not send those companies your form answers.

Children

This site is not for children under 13.
